THE BUYER PAYS A REFUND OF $1,000 TO THE COMPANY'S ACCOUNT AND RESERVES THE VILLA, THE DOCUMENT CHECK BEGINS FOR DUE DILIGENCE. THEN THE LAND LEASE AGREEMENT IS SIGNED FOR 30+20 YEARS AND THE BUYER PAYS THE FULL AMOUNT OR THE FIRST PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF 20% OF THE VALUE OF THE REAL ESTATE (EXCLUDING THE DEPOSIT). THE REMAINING AMOUNT IS PAYED MONTHLY FOR 8 MONTHS ACCORDING TO THE AGREEMENT OF INTEREST-FREE INSTALLMENT BY 10% MONTHLY. DURING THIS PERIOD, THE BUYER WILL REGULARLY RECEIVE CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS REPORTS WITH PHOTOS AND VIDEOS.
